We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate DHA Assistant Nurse to join our Homecare team at OnTime Group. In this essential role, you will assist in providing quality healthcare services to patients in their homes, contributing to their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in delivering comprehensive care to patients in their homes, which may include help with daily activities, personal care, and medication management
- Monitor and report changes in patients' health status and assist in maintaining accurate records
- Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and personal safety
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and the importance of following prescribed treatments
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care delivery

- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Experience working in home healthcare or similar settings preferred

- Strong organization and time management skills
- Willingness to assist in a variety of patient care tasks
- Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices
