Key Responsibilities: 

  1. IT Process and Policy Analysis: 
  • Review current IT processes and policies to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Assist in aligning processes with industry best practices and business goals. 
  • Help identify opportunities for more efficient and effective IT operations. 
  1. Process Design and Documentation: 
  • Design and draw out process workflows to visually represent current and future-state IT processes. 
  • Document detailed IT policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure clear guidelines are in place for teams. 
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure that processes reflect the needs of the business. 
  1. Target Operating Model (TOM) Design: 
  • Assist in the design of Target Operating Models that meet the needs of the business. 
  • Support the identification of roles, responsibilities, and process changes for the future state. 
  • Ensure that the designed TOM promotes efficiency and scalability in IT operations. 
  1. ITIL and COBIT Framework Implementation: 
  • Support the implementation of ITIL and COBIT frameworks to improve IT service management and governance. 
  • Help ensure that IT processes are aligned with service management and control objectives. 
  • Provide recommendations on how to integrate ITIL and COBIT into day-to-day operations. 
  1. Maturity Assessments: 
  • Participate in the assessment of current IT processes to determine their maturity level. 
  • Assist in analyzing the findings and preparing reports on areas for improvement. 
  • Help create actionable roadmaps for improving IT processes and capabilities. 
  1. Stakeholder Communication: 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and challenges. 
  • Assist in preparing clear reports and presentations for stakeholders. 
  • Provide support in explaining IT process improvements and recommendations. 
  1. Training and Knowledge Sharing: 
  • Help deliver training sessions to staff on ITIL, COBIT, and process improvement concepts. 
  • Contribute to the development of resources that help teams improve their IT processes.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in IT consulting, process improvement, or service management. 
  • Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or similar IT frameworks  
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with others. 

Desired Skills: 

  • Understanding of IT service management, process frameworks, or IT governance. 
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts. 
  • An interest in developing technical and business consulting skills.
