Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding suitable seating.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, or Hindi) are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
• Knowledge of POS systems and order processing.
