As a cutting-edge tech platform focusing on leveraging data and logistics for energy security and waste elimination, we are currently seeking a skilled and strategic Sales Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales accounting, ensuring the accuracy of sales transactions, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all sales transactions.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and data to identify trends and support business objectives.
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams to ensure accurate invoicing and collections.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard revenue and assets.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to sales.
- Manage the reconciliation of sales accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and improve processes related to sales accounting to enhance efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and support to the sales team to drive performance improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on sales accounting or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
