Sales Manager - Hotel industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue, establishing strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for the hotel.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to generate business.
• Revenue Maximization: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize hotel revenue.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecast revenue, and track progress toward meeting goals.
• Brand Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and build business relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Front Desk) to ensure a seamless guest experience and optimize sales opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  
  

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on growth and profitability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: EGP 20,000 - 25,000 depending on experience.
