The KPI Institute is a research institute specialised in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services, and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.

The KPI Institute is in the process of establishing different business units ranging from SaaS, Life Management Institute, Digital Agency, etc. We are transformed as a fast growing ecosystem providing various services for different segments of customers

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between managers and team members, ensuring seamless and timely communication across departments.
  • Communicate updates, decisions, and project progress to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of important information when needed
  • Support relevant stakeholders by gathering information, conducting research, and providing comprehensive reports or briefings on topics pertinent to the department’s operations
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using these systems effectively
  • Assist in project coordination by monitoring progress, maintaining project timelines, and helping allocate tasks as needed to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on course.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures, supporting the team in following established workflows and maintaining compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader company goals
  • Assist in coordinating projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met by managing tasks and maintaining accountability.

We expect you to:

  • 1+ years in an operational coordinator or project management role
  • Experience supporting complex initiatives across functions
  • Data Analysis: Generating operational reports and analytics
  • Tools literacy: MS Office, PM software ( Asana)
  • Project Management: Scheduling, budgeting, resource planning
  • Soft skills - Communication in English, organization, collaboration, problem solving, adaptability
