As an HRBP at b_labs, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving employee engagement. You will partner with leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational objectives and employee success.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement and drive HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business needs.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion company culture and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
  • High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
