Production Engineer Opportunity

We are currently seeking a talented Production Engineer to oversee all activities and operations in our factory. This role encompasses the entire production process, starting from material and production planning through to painting, storage, and delivery of the final product. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all factory activities through each phase of production. - Develop, monitor, and control the factory budget to ensure resource efficiency, cost minimization, and timely resource availability. - Review engineering drawings to monitor output, budget expenditures, material efficiency, and engineering effectiveness. - Conduct daily meetings with Shift Supervisors to discuss production performance improvements. - Assess factory machinery performance and evaluate the need for new machinery to enhance production, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in accordance with customer specifications while upholding quality and minimizing costs. - Ensure orderly and productive plant operations that meet customer requirements. - Achieve targeted productivity levels on a daily basis. - Update the production plan on a daily basis.
