Inside Cairo Managed Services Manager

Ecotel is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Inside Cairo Managed Services Manager who will take on the following responsibilities: - Lead and manage all meetings and communications with Huawei, acting as the primary interface between the customer and Ecotel. - Address escalations and resolve issues promptly to uphold strong customer satisfaction and trust. - Oversee and coordinate all maintenance project activities with project managers in the respective region (Inside or Outside Cairo). - Ensure internal alignment regarding project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, encompassing performance metrics, financials, and progress updates, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint. - Uphold strict adherence to Ecotel’s EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies alongside other compliance standards.
