We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Head of FP&A to join our growing finance team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, developing robust financial models, and supporting the company's overall financial planning and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities:
Budget & Forecasting:
- Focuses on preparing Team budgets and translating it into a company wide budget.
- Forecasting monthly financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify business gaps for further analysis that would lead to a rolling forecast.
Pricing & Decision Support:
- Provides pricing strategies for different financial products with the commercial team.
- Working with the Growth and marketing team on a comprehensive and diligently calculated promo plan.
- Supports with business cases for decision-making insights.
Strategic Planning:
- Works on long-term financial planning and business models.
- Planning strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage cross function projects.
Board Reporting and Investor Relations:
- Manages communication with the board and investors, providing periodic key insights and reports.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the fintech or high-growth technology sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A passion for fintech and a strong interest in contributing to a mission-driven organization.y.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in finance or a related field.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis systems (FP&A software).
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
