Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Tele-Calling Collections Specialist to join our team. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding their accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline collections processes.
- Provide regular reports on collections progress and challenges.
- Follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in collections or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tele-calling environment.
- Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Education and Certifications
