The job holder will be an integral member of our sales training and development team. This role is dedicated to the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the sales capabilities within our organization. The Lead’s goal is to uplift the skills and knowledge of our sales teams, thereby driving revenue growth, enhancing service quality, and improving customer satisfaction.

    • Identify and assess training requirements across various store locations to ensure that programs align with organizational goals, enhancing both sales performance and service quality.
    • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to pinpoint training priorities, using store observations to address specific needs and challenges effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create customized training programs tailored to the development needs of sales teams.
    • Develop dynamic, interactive training content covering product knowledge, sales techniques, leadership, and digital tools to ensure effective participant engagement.
    • Lead the deployment of diverse training formats, including classroom sessions, digital modules, on-the-job coaching, and mentoring, to provide comprehensive sales training.
    • Ensure successful execution of training initiatives using both remote and in-person methods to maximize accessibility and impact.
    • Spearhead the adoption and integration of cutting-edge learning technologies, including advanced LMS platforms, virtual reality, and AI-driven learning tools.
    • Ensure that learning technologies are effectively leveraged to increase accessibility, engagement, and the overall learning experience.
    • Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations.
    • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and relevance of learning programs.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in L&D Retail training development, with a proven track record in strategic planning, instructional design
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong focus on Retail Performance
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-faceted learning initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and learning evaluation methodologies.
  • Sales or Customer Service Background is a must
  • TOT Certificate is a must
