About Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to manage teams working on new complex solutions for various clients (including government entities) from the Middle East (highly focusing on KSA).
Your impact
- Manage projects at all stages of the project lifecycle, including risk, team, quality, and resource management.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and reporting of KPIs, risks, and progress to the project’s stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align decisions and technical solutions with client goals.
- Build strong communication with clients, utilizing communication skills and ensuring satisfaction and exploring new business opportunities.
- Identify and address risks, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that project deliverables are arriving timely.
- Lead and support the project team, managing talent development, morale, and individual performance.
- Apply PMO processes, share best practices, and ensure accountability for business goals and KPIs.

متطلبات الوظيفة
We are looking for someone who has
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
- At least C1-level English in speaking and writing
- Technical expertise is a plus
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, including scope and backlog management, iterative development, and SDLC principles
- Hands-on experience with the Scrum framework is a plus
- Experience in managing teams of 8+ people
- Excellent project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, problem-solving, change request management, risk management, and release management
- Strong experience in working with external stakeholders, preferably from GCC region
- Good team management and outstanding communication skills
