We are hiring a highly skilled Legal Senior Specialist to join our legal team. As a Legal Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal matters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to provide legal advice, draft and review contracts, and navigate legal issues. The ideal candidate has a strong background in legal research, contract drafting, and corporate law.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders on various legal matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research to stay informed about current laws and regulations that impact the organization
- Manage and resolve legal disputes and issues
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed
- Participate in legal due diligence and support corporate transactions and initiatives
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation
متطلبات الوظيفة
- 2 - 3 Years of experience as a legal specialist or in a similar role
- Law degree from an accredited university
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
