Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for the role of Operations Specialist for our innovative service, DOCTOR ON TIME. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the efficiency and quality of our healthcare services through effective operations management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the DOCTOR ON TIME service, ensuring optimal service delivery
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers to enhance patient care
- Develop and implement operational guidelines to improve service efficiency
- Monitor service performance and client feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct regular training for staff on operational standards and procedures
- Manage scheduling and logistics for patient appointments and healthcare delivery
- Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements as necessary
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall company objectives
