AHS, a prominent real estate company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all media relations and communications, from developing media strategies to executing successful campaigns. The Media Manager will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring consistent messaging across all media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Social media strategies and events Calendar to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Manage relationships with International media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships
  • Create high-quality press, Social media posts materials, including press releases, media kits, and promotional content
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze its impact on public perception and brand reputation
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events, press conferences, and media outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align media efforts with overall marketing and branding strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and shifts in media consumption to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present regular reports on media performance and engagement metrics
  • Prepare and Manage Annual Media Budget.
  • Prepare and Follow up the Annual Events Calendar
  • Create periodically Social Media reports
  • Manage Social Media reach and social media platforms traffic

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Media Manager experience 10 years minimum
  • Proven experience as a Media Manager or in a similar media relations role
  • Strong understanding of media landscape and public relations best practices
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in media monitoring tools and analytics software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory
