KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Associate to join our team. At Kaizen, we are committed to creating exceptional living, working, and retail spaces that embody innovation, sustainability, and quality.

As a Property Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our property management team by handling various administrative and operational tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members will be essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repair projects, including obtaining bids, scheduling vendors, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and work orders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of lease agreements, amendments, and other related documents.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Collaborate with leasing team to market and promote available units, including managing online listings and coordinating property showings.
  • Assist with the coordination of move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages or required repairs.
  • Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of property information.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven 3-4 years experience in administrative or property management roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
