Cardoo is now looking for an Office Admin with the following responsibilities & requirements.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Executive Assistant with a strong foundation in Project Management to support the smooth operation of daily office activities and assist with company-wide projects. You will play a vital role in maintaining organizational effectiveness, facilitating communication, ensuring a collaborative and efficient office environment, and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate daily administrative tasks and office procedures to support smooth workflows.
  • Manage correspondence and communications internally and externally with professionalism.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Plan, monitor, and oversee the execution of assigned projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with teams to allocate resources and ensure effective project collaboration.
  • Assist leadership in tracking progress and managing risks on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Schedule, manage calendars, and organize meetings or training sessions as required.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure all office needs are met.
  • Troubleshoot administrative challenges and implement efficient solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative support, project management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve independently, and adapt to changing demands.
  • A flexible personality with a professional, polished, and representable demeanor.
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional teams and ensure deadlines are met.


Work Conditions:

  • Job Type: Full-Time.
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Work Location: New Cairo.
