Responsibilities:


Brand Development & Strategy:

  • Assisting the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that inform brand positioning and product development.
  • Helping to create and manage brand guidelines that ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Developing and implementing creative content for various platforms, such as socialmedia, website, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinating with external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR) to ensure brand messaging is clear and consistent.
  • Managing and analyzing marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Product & Customer Focus:

  • Staying informed about the company's products and their key features and benefits.
  • Assisting with product launches and promotions.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities or areas or improvement in the product or service.

Project Management & Operations:

  • Assisting with the planning, budgeting, and execution of marketing projects.
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate marketing results and insights to stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2- 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles (internships may be considered if relevant).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) can be beneficial but not always required
  • Strong skills in brand strategy development, market research, digital marketing, project management, and data analysis. Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities are essential.
