Property Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Advisor to join our team. No prior experience is required, but proficiency in real estate, property management, and sales is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and a strong understanding of property market analysis and trends. A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. This role involves staying updated on the real estate market, offering expert advice to clients, assessing their preferences and financial capabilities, facilitating property purchases, monitoring deal progress through the CRM system, and maintaining strong client relationships post-closing.
