  • Perform all Abu Dhabi related government transactions (MOHRE, ICP/ Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Municipality, Courts, and Economic Dept etc.) On time in order to achieve legal and financially sound status of all employees and all companies under JAM group/related companies & Minimize penalties & complication issues by verifying all submitted documents to government authorities and perform consistent follow – ups with all concern parties in order to have smooth process.
  • Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities (MOHRE, ICP , Police Station, Airport, Municipality, Economic Dept and Embassies etc) on all rules to keep HCD PR Section of the changes in the rules and procedures.
  • Conduct daily and periodic reconciliation of transactions’ fees with the related party
  • Arrange accommodation in ADH for JAM Group Employees (i.e. follow all maintenance works, conduct inspection, arrange bedding material ,etc
  • Process rentals, payment of utilities/maintenance, real-estate and lands related licenses and governmental transactions– Under the direct supervision and management of Al Majid Properties
  • Cover the full responsibilities of other Admin Officer employee in Al Ain when necessary
  • Attend all emergency cases related to business unit and ensures all issues solve on time.
  • Process Trade & Professional Licenses: new registration / Renewal / Cancellation / Modifications / Freezing – Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division
  • Process Bounced CHQ & Register criminal cases in police stations – Under the direct supervision and management of Group Legal Division
  • Performing the daily Mailing activities’ services (In/Out)
  • Prepare payment invoices for ADNOC/Utilities and other AUH related tasks.
  • General jobs relation to Abu Dhabi reception.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Secondary School education.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in government sectors.
  • Fluent in Arabic speaking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly skills in corresponding and communication.
