We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with clarity and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, returns, or adjustments as needed.
  • Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
  • Meet individual and team targets for call handling and quality metrics.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog) are an advantage.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
