A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. This role involves staying updated on the real estate market, offering expert advice to clients, assessing their preferences and financial capabilities, facilitating property purchases, monitoring deal progress through the CRM system, and maintaining strong client relationships post-closing.
