Job Brief
We are looking for a Property Rental Management (PRM) Coordinator to join our team and coordinate and maintain the in-season operations.
PRM Coordinator responsibilities include communicating directly with homeowners and tenants regarding bookings, as well as maintaining a smooth workflow between PRM, Finance, and CRM departments.
Responsibilities
- Send out reminders for tenants
- Follow up with outgoing payments with Finance department
- Communicate with homeowners regarding bookings and payments
- Review homeowner’s submissions for rental
- Answer booking queries via email and phone
- Schedule and execute contract signatures with homeowners
- Perform other administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ work experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- Expertise with keeping stakeholders informed of booking changes and answering queries
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and personnel
- Willingness to travel to company project sites as required.
