Job Brief

We are looking for a Property Rental Management (PRM) Coordinator to join our team and coordinate and maintain the in-season operations.

PRM Coordinator responsibilities include communicating directly with homeowners and tenants regarding bookings, as well as maintaining a smooth workflow between PRM, Finance, and CRM departments.

Responsibilities

  • Send out reminders for tenants
  • Follow up with outgoing payments with Finance department
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding bookings and payments
  • Review homeowner’s submissions for rental
  • Answer booking queries via email and phone
  • Schedule and execute contract signatures with homeowners
  • Perform other administrative tasks when required

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ work experience
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Expertise with keeping stakeholders informed of booking changes and answering queries
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and personnel
  • Willingness to travel to company project sites as required.
