Projects Planning and Execution

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks as per project timelines and defined project roles.

System and Service Provision

  • Ensure timely and reliable system maintenance and fault rectifications per the standards and recommended practices.

Technology and System Upgrades

  • Carry out system and technology related upgrades as per guidelines.

Communication with external parties

  • Communicate maintenance and fault related issues with relevant parties to ensure resolution in the most optimal manner.

Records and Documentation

  • Ensure that all documentation related to system outage rectification and maintenance is recorded and documented as per guidelines for any use or reference.

Reporting

  • Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.

Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards.

Other Tasks/ Accountability

  • Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
