• Develop and execute internal communication content that align with the company’s vision, values, and goals.
• Design visually appealing communication materials for internal use, such as newsletters, emails, intranet content, presentations, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with People Partners, leadership, and various departments to ensure consistent and engaging messaging for employees.
• Create infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets that enhance employee understanding and engagement.
• Supports in creating and designing content for employer brand related posts on social media.
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
• Assist in driving employee engagement through creative campaigns, visual storytelling, and branding efforts.
• Measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and continuously improve based on feedback.
• Strong graphic design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to conceptualize and create compelling visual content for various platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of branding and ability to maintain consistent tone and visual identity across communications.
• Experience with video production and editing is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field, with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across different mediums.
