Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Executive Director - Sales and Leasing (Residential Developments) to lead our residential sales and leasing strategies. As the Executive Director - Sales and Leasing, you will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives. Your strong leadership will help cultivate a high-performing sales team dedicated to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall value proposition of residential offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sales and leasing strategies for residential developments, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluation to drive high levels of engagement and success.
- Monitor market trends, demographics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the sales and leasing process, ensuring compliance with established policies and protocols while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and other external partners to expand market reach.
- Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance, assess effectiveness, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales and leasing team.
