Commercial Director (DEL 170)

We are on the lookout for a strategic and dynamic Commercial Director to join our growing team. The Commercial Director will be responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the project’s day-to-day commercial/business service operations, formulating strategies and management programs to provide overall direction with the help of Commercial team members; and manage daily operations and assigned personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the project’s day-to-day commercial/business service operations
• Formulate strategies and management programs to provide overall direction with the help of Commercial team members
• Manage and optimize contract negotiations, ensuring best terms and conditions
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and transparency throughout all projects
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and threats
• Oversee financial performance related to commercial activities and prepare reports for senior management
• Implement strong governance frameworks to mitigate risks associated with commercial contracts
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of accountability
