As an Associate - Campaign at Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive guest engagement and brand awareness. This position involves collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content, managing campaign logistics, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary resources for campaign execution, ensuring that projects stay on schedule.
- Support in crafting persuasive messaging that aligns with the brand’s objectives, tone, and values.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, target demographics, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain budget tracking and regular reporting on campaign expenses to maximize ROI.
- Engage with external vendors and partners to support campaign development and distribution.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for upcoming campaigns.
- Facilitate feedback sessions with internal teams and external partners to refine and optimize campaign approaches.
- Ensure all campaign materials adhere to brand standards and legal requirements.
- Support post-campaign analysis and reporting, compiling feedback and performance data for future reference.
- Maintain and update campaign documentation, including timelines, contact lists, and project plans.
- Assist in community engagement efforts and outreach initiatives that align with campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field, preferably within the entertainment or theme park industry.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take initiative when needed.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
