- Support in Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage a team of senior business development specialists who respond to RFPs and RFIs and develop proposals.
- Managing the preparation of SOI, EOI, and Prequalification documents
- RFP analysis
- Coordination with the client/procurement
- Proposal writing/compiling
- coordination with different departments toward successful proposal submission
- Presentation preparation
متطلبات الوظيفة
- 15+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in Proposal management senior role
- KSA experience is a must.
- A bilingual candidate is a must.
- Construction industry experience
- Engineering/Consultancy Experience
- Analytical skills
- Presentation skills
