As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in telesales, you will be responsible for calling leads generated by our marketing team and converting those prospects into clients. Your role will involve understanding client needs, guiding them through the signing process, and closing deals to drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call leads provided by the marketing team to engage and qualify prospects.
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships.
  • Guide prospects through the signing process, ensuring they understand each step.
  • Collect requested documents from clients to facilitate the closing of deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales processes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Proven experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the fintech or finance sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and record-keeping systems.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial products and services, Payroll processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities.
