General Purpose

RTM determines best distribution channels to use to deliver products according to customers type , reviewing the performance of current assets vs targeted ROI/KPIS. And ensure continuous enhancement to reach maximum efficiency.


Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Daily review for the KPIs performance vs Targets.

• Ensure handling all the obstacles that come up during the implementation of RTM projects to ensure smooth operation.

• Conduct time motion studies for Rural and Urban areas to ensure Update our KPIs target.

• Handle the DC efficiency project and ensure meeting the agreed time line.

• Pre & Post evaluation for the new trucks vs shared ROI.

• Prepare Presentation and analysis for the DCs optimization.

• Responsible for the data cleansing for all the routes and ensure the implementation of the factbook for the DCs and Routes.

• Weekly visits for the DCs.

• Assessment of the performance of the new RTM projects.

• Assessment with the sales team for the distributors and kasseb performance in their region.
