Responsibilities:

• Works with Executive/Strategic Management to build and implement Recruitment solutions in line with business strategy.
• Supervises recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational and executive management needs
• Analyzes the performance of recruitment process, and recruitment metrics and recommends changes and improvements
• Identifies, plans, and communicates team goals in line with organization strategy
• Identifies development needs and coaches team members to achieve results
