As a Talent Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a culture of development, and aligning talent management strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent management strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Lead the performance management process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and effectively supports employee development.
  • Oversee training and development programs, identifying learning needs and creating opportunities for professional growth.
  • Develop succession planning and career development plans to prepare current employees for future roles.
  • Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify high-potential employees and establish development plans.
  • Implement employee feedback processes and utilize data to inform talent management strategies.
  • Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the talent management framework.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management or related HR roles.
  • Minimium of 3 years experience in managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing employee development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
