Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic Real Estate market and be well-versed. across all products, projects and developers within Nawy’s inventory.
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding Real Estate properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients’ needs.
- Engage with potential clients to facilitate the purchase of real estate properties.
- Thoroughly assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations.
- Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy’s guidelines.
- Escort interested clients on property viewings.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the developer through contracting procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
- Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing continuing to share product insights with them.
