Civil Tendering Lead

El Salam for Contracting and General Supplying is seeking to employ a Civil Tendering Lead who will be responsible for managing and executing tender and estimation activities with a focus on timely, competitive, and high-quality submissions. The role requires compiling and communicating project documentation to relevant stakeholders, which includes schedules, execution methodologies, organizational structures, contractual conditions, bills of quantities, total project costs, cash flow proposals, designs, and specifications. The successful candidate will prepare and revise comparison sheets of related subcontractors and suppliers offers, deliver applicable solutions tailored to client needs, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels during the tendering process, particularly under tight deadlines. This position also involves conducting site visits with the expectation of generating detailed reports, providing feedback on subcontractor performance for future tenders, and reviewing contractual and legal terms. Identifying potential risks and reviewing time schedules for bid studies will be essential to the role. The ideal candidate will be an expert in cost estimation, adept at finalizing both financial and technical offers, and capable of managing the tender process for various contract types such as lump sum, remeasured, and cost-plus.
