We are currently seeking a Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all factory activities and operations across various phases, starting from material and production planning through to painting, storage, and delivery of final products. Key responsibilities also include formulating, monitoring, and controlling the factory budget to ensure resource efficiency and cost minimization. You will review drawings to control planned output, oversee budget spending, and assess material efficiency and engineering effectiveness. Daily meetings with Shift Supervisors will be essential to discuss and enhance production performance. You will also evaluate machinery performance and explore new machine technology to improve production progress, quality, and cost management. Furthermore, you will manage the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and quality expectations. It is crucial to maintain the productivity levels and update the production plan on a daily basis.
