At 700Apps, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is essential for driving our recruitment strategies to attract the brightest minds in technology. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various technical roles. You will work closely with department heads to gain an in-depth understanding of their hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process that prioritizes candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, experience, and alignment with company culture.
  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process from job posting to final offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs while ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
  • Assist in developing compelling job descriptions and defining candidate profiles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to adapt and innovate recruitment practices.

  2. A minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-tech or software environment.
  3. Proficient knowledge of a wide array of technology roles and skills.

  5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings.
  7. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  8. Understanding of tech industry trends and candidate markets.
  9. Proven success in filling technical positions with qualified talent.
  10. Relevant recruiting certifications are a plus, but not required.
