Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing a remarkable residential community, and we are looking for a seasoned Residential Delivery MEP Director to lead our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) initiatives within our residential projects. In this critical role, you will ensure that all MEP aspects are successfully integrated into our developments, allowing for seamless operation and a superior living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of all MEP systems for residential projects, ensuring that they meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration of MEP systems into overall project design.
- Oversee the construction and installation of MEP systems, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of materials and adherence to project timelines.
- Implement best practices and innovative technologies to enhance the efficiency and performance of MEP systems.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineering professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in MEP management, specifically within residential developments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects, with a strong understanding of MEP systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and motivate team members.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards related to MEP systems.
- Proficiency in project management software and MEP design tools.
