The Senior Manager - Procurement Operations F&B & Retail at Six Flags Qiddiya City is responsible for overseeing procurement activities for food and beverage as well as retail operations. This role includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing cost-saving strategies within the food and beverage and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will lead a team focused on enhancing the procurement process, ensuring product availability, and driving operational efficiencies while aligning with Six Flags' mission and values.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years of procurement experience, with a focus on food and beverage and retail operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, especially in F&B and retail sectors.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Proficient in supplier relationship management and performance evaluation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on strategic problem-solving.
- Experience with procurement software and tools.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
