As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions that drive growth and increase efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas of focus, design intuitive solutions to address pain points, and present data-driven recommendations. 

Your role will also involve analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and providing actionable insights to optimize processes, improve performance, and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities 

    • Identify and present key gaps and opportunities for business optimization from the client.  
    • Develop and maintain detailed mind maps, process maps and other diagrams that accurately depict current (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes.  
    • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.  
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.  
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.  
    • Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform analysis, and make data-driven recommendations.  
    • Lead process improvement initiatives and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation.  
    • Develop and deliver training materials to educate stakeholders on new processes.  
    • Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  

 

Involvement In 

    • Data Mapping: Identify and present key performance indicators (KPIs) based on existing data points and datasets.  
    • Reporting and Visualization: Develop reporting tools using a range of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, and others.  
    • KPI Identification: Identify and present key performance indicators (KPIs) based on existing data points and datasets.  
    • Creating Data-Driven Insights: Provide valuable insights derived from data analysis and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.  
    • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive changes and enhancements based on data-driven findings.  

متطلبات الوظيفة

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business admin, management, or a related field. 
    • 3+ years experience in business/process analysis or a related field, with a focus on business process mapping, business improvement initiatives and analysis. 
    • Strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
    • Knowledge of Six Sigma (DMAIC), and business process mapping techniques.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Proficient in data analysis and project management tools. 
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
    • Ability to be based in different regions as projects require.
