Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Manager – Quality Assurance to enhance our quality management strategies across various projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of our developments meet the highest quality standards and align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the User Experience (UX) and User Interface design guide and ensure enforcement across the business.
  • Design the UX\UI data product across the organization starting with the mockups and prototypes
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the highest standards of data product quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, development, and design, to define quality standards and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Establish and enforce quality metrics, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal UI\UX quality standards.
  • Lead the change management process for data product quality improvements, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new quality standards and processes.
  • Ensure effective communication of quality issues and risks to stakeholders, offering recommendations for mitigating risks and improving data product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and track results to prevent future issues and improve overall data product quality.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on construction or large-scale project management.
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing quality assurance strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience with product quality management, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of UX\UI tools and principles
  • Proven track record of leading quality assurance activities and teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing Quality Assurance team.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous process improvement and optimizing the overall quality assurance approach.
