As part of our strategic growth and development initiatives, we are looking for a talented and driven Manager of Talent Acquisition - University Relations (Saudi National) to lead our efforts in forging connections with academic institutions and young talent.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing university relations strategies to attract emerging talent to Qiddiya. You will work closely with universities, career services, and student organizations to promote internship and full-time opportunities, ensuring that Qiddiya has a pipeline of skilled graduates ready to contribute to our groundbreaking projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with universities and educational institutions across Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute strategies for campus recruitment, including job fairs, workshops, and engaging university programs.
- Promote Qiddiya as an employer of choice among students and recent graduates.
- Manage internship programs and coordinate on-campus recruitment events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Oversee the intern onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of university relations initiatives and refine strategies as needed.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by attracting a diverse pool of candidates from various academic backgrounds.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to interns and early-career professionals.
- Stay abreast of trends in higher education and talent acquisition best practices.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on university relations or campus recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi educational system and the dynamics of university recruitment.
- Proven experience in developing and managing university relationships.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and faculty.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize recruitment data to drive strategic decisions.
- Passion for mentoring young talent and fostering career development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
