Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMO (Project Management Office) Consultant to join our team. The PMO Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing strategic guidance, best practices, and oversight. This role involves working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive project excellence and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure projects align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Facilitate project portfolio management and prioritization.
  • Conduct project audits and assessments to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Support project managers in resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project managers and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Proven experience as a PMO Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce projects is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
