Join AlWatania Information Systems as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant, where you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in learning management systems to enhance organizational training and development capabilities. In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing strategy and providing high-quality implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions. Your ability to collaborate with clients to understand their unique training requirements will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs to create effective LMS solutions.
- Configure the SAP SuccessFactors LMS to optimize user experience and facilitate learning processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to empower users with system functionalities.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to maintain optimal performance of the LMS.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, offering solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors enhancements to ensure best practices are followed.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Strong understanding of learning and organizational development methodologies.
- Experience with LMS integrations with other HR and enterprise systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors certification in LMS or similar credentials.
