Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Performance Management to lead the development and execution of performance management strategies within the Human Resources department. This role is crucial in ensuring that our human capital is effectively aligned with organizational goals, providing insights and frameworks that promote a high-performance culture.
The Manager will be responsible for designing performance metrics, conducting performance assessments, and implementing improvement initiatives. By leveraging data analytics, this position will play a key role in facilitating a continuous feedback loop between leadership and employees, fostering an engaging, supportive work environment conducive to achieving both individual and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive performance management framework that aligns with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and supports employee growth.
- Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Provide support and consulting services to managers and employees regarding performance expectations, assessment methods, and goal-setting best practices.
- Utilize HR analytics to monitor performance trends, generating reports that inform leadership decisions and talent management strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions for managers on effective performance management techniques, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.
- Encourage a culture of ongoing feedback, recognition, and accountability to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (talent acquisition, learning and development, etc.) to ensure a unified approach to employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in performance management and HR technologies to continually enhance Qiddiya's performance management processes.
