Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the Technical Program Management team, providing direction, mentorship, and career development for TPMs at various levels.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale, complex programs across multiple teams and departments, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, engineering, IT, and partner teams to define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics. Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communication.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and drive successful outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks early, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Resource Allocation: Work closely with engineering and product leadership to allocate resources effectively across programs, balancing the needs of multiple projects.
- Communication: Ensure clear, concise, and consistent communication across all levels of the organization, from engineers to C-suite executives, regarding program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Innovation: Drive innovation within the TPM function, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance program delivery.
