Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an exceptional and strategic professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Commercial. In this internal-focused role, you will be responsible for leading commercial activities across various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that support the overall objectives of Qiddiya Investment Company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities and streamline processes that enhance productivity.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes related to commercial activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct financial analyses to assess the viability and profitability of projects and initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial management or a related role within the real estate or entertainment industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
