We are looking for a strategic and experienced Associate Director, Commercial to join our team in an internal capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and facilitating successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that maximize revenue and market potential for various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial considerations into overall project planning and execution.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on commercial performance to senior leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support business development efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in commercial management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
- Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies within complex environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in commercial software tools and financial analysis techniques.
