To support the ambitious development of the MBS Stadium, we are seeking a dedicated Manager for Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE). This role will be critical in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, quality control, and environmental management throughout the stadium’s construction and operational phases.

The Manager, HSQE will lead a team of professionals to implement robust HSQE policies, conduct audits, and drive compliance initiatives, ensuring the project adheres to relevant regulations and international best practices. Your proactive approach will help cultivate a safe and sustainable work environment, enhancing overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HSQE Policy Development and Implementation:

·       Develop, implement, and maintain HSQE management systems and policies tailored to the requirements of the MBS Stadium project.

·       Ensure compliance with local and international HSQE regulations, standards, and organizational policies.

·       Foster a strong culture of health and safety awareness across all levels of the project.

2. Auditing and Compliance:

·       Conduct regular HSQE audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

·       Prepare and present detailed reports of audit findings, non-compliance issues, and recommendations for corrective actions.

·       Collaborate with project teams to implement and track HSQE action plans, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

3. Training and Development:

·       Develop and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing staff awareness and understanding of HSQE policies and procedures.

·       Mentor and support junior HSQE team members, fostering their professional growth.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

·       Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities regarding HSQE matters.

·       Support the effective communication of HSQE initiatives to stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.

·       Monitor industry trends and best practices in HSQE management, continuously seeking ways to improve project performance.

·       Lead incident investigations and coordinate the communication of results and follow-up actions.
